The Administration Officer (Customer Support and Logistics) – Level 2 is the first point of contact for general inquiries (product availability, pricing, transport) and as such plays a critical role in maintaining positive and
professional business relationships with our Clients and other Stakeholders by providing prompt and accurate service.


As Administration Officer (Customer Support and Logistics) – Level 2 your role is to provide excellent customer service through accurate, efficient and cost-effective processing of sales orders, and provide logistics support for the delivery of our products by communicating and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders such as Customers, Rural Stores, Feld Advisors, Transport Companies, Spreading Contractors and our Production Team in order to fulfill Customer/Client needs.
